Fairy Idyll
So here is what the last two months of Fairy Idyll look like! I dyed the linen myself and had to store the stretcher in a place where the sun reached and as you can see it did some bleaching. Oh Well. After I finish it I may have to sun bleach the rest of it.
Me encanta como ha quedado la tela, y estoy segura que al final, con el bordado, se quedará precioso, como todo lo que he visto hasta ahora aquí en tu blog...
I am working on the same piece although it has been languishing for a while. I pulled it out on saturday and did some of the beading trailing from her skirt....I need to update my pics. am finished all of her and working on the canopy right now. I am doing it on the called for fabric...put i love your choice...very nice!
Great progress. Hmmm, lots of the fabric may be covered by the stitching - that should help
ReplyDeletelooks great and after the stitching is done then the fabric will probably look fine.
ReplyDeleteLoving the stitching. The fabric might be fine after all your stitching is done. :D

Beautiful! I'm sorry about the fade on your fabric but as others have said... maybe most of the stitching will cover it?
